A mobile home was destroyed in a fire Tuesday afternoon at Maple Manor, a trailer park located in Brady Township on the outskirts of Slippery Rock.
According to WPXI, Butler County 911 dispatched fire and EMS units at 4:05 P.M.
The cause of the fire is still undetermined. One victim was transferred by ambulance to the Grove City Hospital in stable condition, according to Slippery Rock Fire Chief, Travis Wunsch.
“Mobile home fires take off so quickly,” Wunsch said. “By the time we got there, the trailer was engulfed in flames.”
Two dogs were unable to be recovered from the fire.
